SailboatData.com provides the specifications of over 8700 production and semi-production sailboat models. It was started in 2003 and has grown to be the trusted source for anyone in sailing.

US-based company VMG Media gave us full freedom to shape the app as long as it respected the visual style of their website. Because this is used a lot by sailors, we decided the app should be fully usable without internet connection. Other important features not found on the website: showing search result while typing, more advanced detailed search, favourites, iCloud syncing, ability to make notes, and various handy settings.
