SamKnows, named after the founder. We’ve known SamKnows for several years and worked on their app earlier. They had recently received the newest iPhone with 5G support, but their internet speed testing app didn’t manage to get close to the maximum of roughly 650MB/s. After their iOS developers were out of ideas and they, they called us.

Our director travelled to London. The first day was spent getting acquainted with the rather technical code, speaking with the technical staff, and doing tests. On the second day the cause of the issue was found. After that it didn’t take long before it was resolved and verified.
